BACKGROUND

Kevin Kim is an Associate Attorney at Delaplane Law Group, APC, whose practice areas
include real estate and business litigation matters. Kevin was born and raised in Southern
California and graduated from Wheaton College in Illinois in 2015. He continued his education
at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law in Orange, California, where he obtained
his Juris Doctorate in 2019.

While attending Fowler School of Law, Kevin was a Founding Board Member of the Real Estate
Law Society. He also holds a real estate license, having been licensed as a Realtor since 2016.
With his background in real estate, Kevin is well-equipped to provide top-notch legal
representation for his clients.

EXPERIENCE 

Prior to joining Delaplane Law Group, APC, Kevin worked as a Litigation Clerk, where he
assisted with compliance in various stages of discovery and was tasked with developing and
improving a system to efficiently handle high-volume discovery for a Fortune 500 company
client. He also has experience in construction and development, having worked in the
management of a large-scale development project immediately upon obtaining his degree in law.

INERESTS

In his free time, Kevin enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his family. He is
dedicated to providing personalized, effective representation to his clients and is committed to
achieving the best possible outcome for their legal matters.
