What is included in the free initial intake call?
The call is an opportunity to explain the general nature of your matter and determine whether the firm may be able to assist. It does not include substantive legal advice or document review. The scope and fees for any further consultation or legal work are discussed separately.
What should I provide when I first contact the firm?
Provide your name, contact information, a brief description of the matter, and any upcoming deadlines. We may ask for the names of involved parties for a conflict review. Please do not send confidential documents or detailed sensitive information before we provide instructions.
Does submitting a form make me a client?
No. Contacting the firm or submitting an intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only when the firm agrees to take the matter and an engagement agreement is in place.
Where is the firm located?
Our office is at 31320 Via Colinas, Suite 101, Westlake Village, CA 91362. We serve the Conejo Valley, Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and clients elsewhere in California. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
How are fees determined?
Fees depend on the scope and needs of the matter. Any proposed consultation or representation, including the fee arrangement, will be discussed separately after the initial intake process.
